Our young males, Ridge , Woody and Twister, were examined for Patella-Luxatie and there eyes for PRA-Cataract. All three dogs are 100% free of any anomaly.

	Dazzling Diva Of Jack's Paradise, Owner: Jonna Soinio, Helsinki, gain on the clubmatch the qualification Exellent and become Best Bitch + BOB + BIS On the first "Big Show" for the Jack Russell's in Finland, she gain again an Exellent and became also Best Bitch + BOB + a Certificate On the second "Big Show" in Lahti she gets for the third time an Exellent and became also Best Bitch + BOB + a Certificate
	"Tyyne" Tiny Tilda Of Jack's Paradise, Owner: Sari Kuusela, Espoo, gain on all that three Show's the qualification Exellent and get the 3^e place on all that three Show's.

01-01-2001	1 January 2001 is The DAY, that the Jack Russell is officially world-wide recognised as an officially Breed. The F.C.I. (Fédération Cynologique Internationale) has unexpected at 1 January 2001 recognised the Jack Russell Terrier, in conformity with the FCI-Standard No. 345/14.12.2000/GB (Australian breeding standard). This of course is great news, for years the Breederclub and the Dutch Kennelclub worked and struggled together to obtain this result. By this recognition the Jack Russell will be taken seriously and gets more opportunities to be seen in national and international shows. Also the participation in official working-tests and fieldcompetitions for workingdogs is now one of the possibilities.

21-08-2000	On monday 21 Augustus we went with 6 dogs to the specialists of the W.K. Hirschfeld Foundation. Three young bitches (Naomi, Bayou and Tracy) were examined for Patella-Luxatie and their eyes for PRA-Cataract. The other 3 dogs, the 'oldies' (Tango, Pepper en Sophie) were reexamined for PRA-Cataract eyetest. More important than a 1^e prize at a show is...... The result of the examinations is, all dogs are 100% free of any anomaly. HEALTH IS FOR US THE MOST IMPORTANT !!

07-03-1999	Last week we received the joyful news that the "Raad van Beheer" in the Netherlands officially recognised the shortlegged Jack Russell Terrier, conform the Australian standard, as an official breed.

30-01-1999	In the second week of January the following bitches have been impregnated : Carry on Caitlin by Tango Merely Megan by Aus. Ch. Rojen Maximus Bette Middler by Beau the Macho Half March the pups are expected.
